Landlord is Irresponsible
Former Tenant
Pros:
The pros about the building is always clean and always take out the garbage that’s never an issue the building.
Cons:
The cons about the building the landlord is irresponsible especially maintenance of the building since they don’t want to pay the supers anything they don’t fix anything this building when we need them and the only time they fix anything if the property gets worse the last minute when things badly happens like an emergency they will come and do the job. Most tenants who live this building they have to pay other people to fix the damages or things they need to maintain the apartment since the landlord don’t want to do anything and pay the supers to do the job they need to do. Also the building needs a lot of upgrading the landlord doesn’t do anything to make building better at all like the floors, windows and etc.
Advice to owner:
My advice Property Owner is to be more responsible when it comes to maintenance of the building and stop being cheap start paying the supers so they can to the job keep the building safe for all tenants when we need them to fix anything.
