Improvement needed to maintain quality of life.

Pros:
Pre war building , large living area within apartments.
Cons:
Unfortunately, this building has pest control issues and management response has been subpar and inefficient.

The communal areas are poorly maintained and visible to all tenants. The building has been sold over and over again and promise of improvements have yet to be seen. Vacancy rates are high due to the lack of attention to tents an basic hygiene protocols.
