Pros:
Friendly neighbors and community.
Cons:
The landlord and super do not fix any issues open HPD violations left and right water pressure is terrible with water just turning off doing simple tasks such as washing dishes or showering. When it gets cold you have to constantly call to get heat or they won't have it on. Terrible experience
Advice to owner:
Get a better super and actually fix your pipes !!! Stop cutting corners when people are paying premium prices for a walk up elevator in the BRONX !!

Pros:
Renovated unit
Secure door system
In unit washer/dryer
Multiple routes to contact building management
Cons:
Pests, bugs just all over no matter how many times it called the exterminator
Bronx areas is dirty in general, trash left in the street, dog owners not picking up after their dogs
Slow responding management
Repeat problems
