My reason for leaving after 26 years.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Closed doors. Most of tenants are good people.
Cons:
I lived here for 26 years left last year because of new neighbors that moved in to apartment 5A. They are neighbors from hell with the music all times of day . We couldn’t get any sleep and packages started to disappear from our doors. I had a camera installed before I moved but we had to leave for our sanity. The walk up is not easy.
Advice to owner:
Set limits on how loud and what times are acceptable to listen to music. Just talked to someone who still lives there and says that new owner stated he doesn’t care if tenants make noise as long as they pay their rent.
