Pros:
Quite and friendly neighborhood.
Cons:
This building is extremely dirty gets cleaned @ twice a week, apartments full of mice due to the poor maintenance of the building. Apartments that need to have repairs done take forever and never get completed.
Advice to owner:
Change the super, and pay attention to the well being of the tenants.

Everything is horrible no heat no hot water sometimes building is disgusting rodents and roaches everywhere no fixtures done properly
