Started out OK progressively worst over time

Pros:
-Location was a plus, far away enough from the main streets and a little bit of privacy.
-mostly neighbors who are decent people just trying their best. A few bad apples.
-super was very sweet and responsive, did the best he could to help with any issues inside my apartment under his control.
Cons:
-neighbors kids/teenagers invite their friends from other places to hang around outside, playing music, making noise, hooka, drinking sometimes until 4-6am.
-Mouse infestation
-Roach infestation
Advice to owner:
-board up & close the garbage chute permanently. It’s always getting stuck due to a few bad apple neighbors. This will relive some of the pest control issues.
- set stricter standards for non residentes inside building and hanging around outside bothering people that are just trying to have peace and quiet after a hard day and have young kids.
