Love the area and the super is super attentive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is quiet, no loud noise, everything is peaceful. Great area to form a family. The building is well maintained by the super don Anthony lived in this build almost all my life 29 years and I wouldn’t change it
Cons:
The building has changed some neighbors especially the young ones don’t care about the building smoking in the staircase throwing garbage letting their dogs piss. There’s not really cameras in the stairs to catch them. I understand it’s legal for marijuana but come on every floor smells like marijuana we have kids and elderly tenants that don’t want that smell. Also when needed to fix something that the super can’t do the owners don’t do it immediately until we scare them to sue or go to court. When the provide us with help like flooring the workers do a good job but later it stairs to deteriorate.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to the security and the people you move in. It’s a beautiful building in a beautiful area and it’s looking like some of the projects of Nycha

It’s an ok building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice
Cons:
Walls are thin, apartments are cold in the winter, packages get stolen, laundromat machines are the worst
Advice to owner:
Please invest in your building because it’s hurting the tenants meanwhile you’re benefiting from it.
