TONS of Roaches, structural issues that literally split my wall, homeless people sneaking in, people smoking and drinking in the staircases, the elevator constantly breaks down, tons of HPD violations INCLUDING BLACK MOLD, and an unresponsive landlord who flat out doesn’t care.
Sell the building. Get it off your hands. You clearly don’t care.
