    It was trash living there

    Pros:
    Water pressure on point.
    Cons:
    Everything else. Dirty af. A lot of ppl / kids smoking on the stairs, garbage, weapons, loud music, rodents, infestation, ppl stealing ur packages
    Advice to owner:
    Get ur shit together
