    Terrible building!!!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nothing at all.
    Cons:
    Building is in terrible condition. MAJOR rodent/roach infestation. NEVER any consistent hot water/heat. Went thanksgiving a few years ago with no hot water. Neighbors are fucking terrible. They play music all hours of the night and litter in front of the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being a slumlord and maintain your property!
