    This a very nice apartment building in the Bronx
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very clean building
    Friendly and responsible super
    Quiet neighborhood
    Well maintained, not very common in the Bronx
    Cons:
    Elevator needs to be fixed regularly
    Advice to owner:
    They could invest a bit more in the overall maintenance of the building. In overall, this is a very good apartment building in the Bronx
