Just no winning
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is good and quiet.
Cons:
No matter how many days a week the bathroom is cleaned the mold takes over. The water comes out brown or even dirty. Mice and roaches are slowly taking over and in the winter time forget about heat because the building owner really doesn’t care.
Advice to owner:
A lot of the people in this building have kids, babies at that, heat would be lovely in the winter. Most importantly the mold has to be taken care of because it’s a bad site even for the adults. The mold moves throughout the apartment
