Not enough good things to say

Pros:
Nice neighborhood, decent neighbors.
Cons:
Trash compactor is always going down, so you have to go down to the basement (only when super turns elevator on to go to basement) to throw away your garbage, hardly any parking, old doors, can’t replace knobs that constantly fall off without changing the entire door, constant leaks and flooding, lead found in apartments by city, moldy tiles.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants that pay their rent on time, and paid their rent during the pandemic.
