Good but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator Transportation around the area Hallways are clean Good neighbors Super is nice Porters are nice Apartments are big
Cons:
Experienced leaks Landlord is quick to serve a 3 day notice for eviction Super is unavailable after 3pm Super does not live in the building Heat is good but only until a certain time Entrance door needs to be updated Despite these negative comments the building overall is not bad
Advice to owner:
Have a super 24/7 that lives in the building
