close to subway
Cons:
Day care center located in the building , too much traffic going in and out of the building , and will ring any door bell to be buzzed into the building , also the building had a very LAZY SUPER , buildings hallway & staircase’s are always dirty !!!!! SUPER NEVER SWEEPS OR MOPS.
Advice to owner:
should be on top of the day care center for the clients entering the building , and need to address the Superintend in regards to the buildings hallway & staircase never being swept or mopped & front of the building stoop is always dirty as well. (Poor Maintenance)
