    It’s a nice building with a comfy vibe to it

    Pros:
    Nice building to live in with nice neighbors
    Cons:
    except the occasional times the neighbors bang on your walls because if you walk in the middle of the night the wooden floors make noise and apparently that pisses off your neighbors. Makes it hard to even move around comfortably.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the apartments
