    Nice apartment, but the building and neighborhood are messy

    Pros:
    I have a large apartment for a good price. Neighbors are great and quiet most of the time.
    Cons:
    Laundry is messy and machines get broken often. Elevator is often messy. A lot of dogs that bark 24/7.
    Advice to owner:
    Get new laundry machines or at least clean the current ones and make them work consistently.

    Rooms are big
    A lot of stores around neighborhood
    Cons:
    Roaches
    Garbage chute is locked, so you have to go all the way to the basement
    Floors are dirty, only first floor is cleaned
    Noisy super
    Advice to owner:
    Clean your building floors, not just the first floor. You see garbage for more then 4 days on the floor.
