    Pros:
    Not a bad neighborhood/convenient stores/big rooms/monthy extermination
    Cons:
    Superintendent is not the best, he doesn’t want to do his job/LOTS of roaches/no garbage chute/building doesn’t get cleaned on a daily/small elevator, always dirty/noisy neighbors
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the building daily

    Very respectful neighbors, some what clean.
    Cons:
    Security in front of the door, cleanses over all the building no street clean or wash…
    Advice to owner:
    Need to have the garbage cans more organized and in color, also more ability to throw garbage away not enough garbage cans and no color for recycling…

    Nice neighbors Laundry Room in basement Rooms are big A lot of stores around neighborhood
    Cons:
    Roaches Garbage chute is locked, so you have to go all the way to the basement Floors are dirty, only first floor is cleaned Noisy super
    Advice to owner:
    Clean your building floors, not just the first floor. You see garbage for more then 4 days on the floor.

    Nice apartment, but the building and neighborhood are messy

    Pros:
    I have a large apartment for a good price. Neighbors are great and quiet most of the time.
    Cons:
    Laundry is messy and machines get broken often. Elevator is often messy. A lot of dogs that bark 24/7.
    Advice to owner:
    Get new laundry machines or at least clean the current ones and make them work consistently.
