    Pros:
    Overall nice building large apartments nice super and for the most part quiet. Rent stabilized, close to the 4/D trains and Lehman college
    Cons:
    Management has changed several times over the last few years (been here about 8+ years) which has led to lack of maintenance. Before the most recent management change certain tenants were unwell and had constant episodes in the hallways
