Worst building ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the train, on a known avenue, close to essential stores, close to lehman college
Cons:
Dirty, Rats and mouses in apartments, landlord is rude and pushy, people always hanging out in front of building
Advice to owner:
Apartments in your building are not worth what you are charging maybe if the building was cleaner with less pest it’ll be worth living and paying what you expect.
