Liveable but needs improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors and people usually keep to themselves. It’s on a Main Street. Landlords usually respond in a reasonable amount of time
Cons:
Finding parking is horrible. The elevator spends most of time broken than actually in use. During the winter the hot water is constantly “under repair”
Advice to owner:
There needs to be better maintenance!
