    Eh, Decent at best

    Pros:
    Quiet, Decent area, neighbors
    Cons:
    Landlord dosent fix anything, mice basically frequent the building, cracks in ceilings and floors, heat dosent reach the bathroom. Etc
    Advice to owner:
    Care about the building you own or don’t own one at all it’s very simply, and fix the things you’re obligated to fix or rent won’t be paid it’s very simple.
