Not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near transportation. The only building on the block. Very clean sidewalks and garbage area.
Cons:
They do not respond or take actions on tenants complaint. All process take up to 6 months to be solved.
Advice to owner:
Please get new management. Improve office customer service. And get a real maintenance team.
