Pros:
Nice neighborhood
Quick response from the super
Cons:
Owner sometimes doesn’t cash rent checks and then pretends like the rent wasn’t paid.
The building is slowly falling apart there’s literally cracks forming within some apartments.
Constant leaks.
No heat in the winter at all! Ever !
