    Amazing location

    Pros:
    Close to parks and nature in general. Very convenient. Many running trails. Clean and calm building. Well cared for and safe. Big working elevator.
    Cons:
    Poor superintendent quality.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better superintendent.
