Pros:
None, there’s nothing to like about this building.
Cons:
Full of garbage everyday, rats everywhere at all times, pest such as cockroaches water-bugs, building is always dirty you see dead water bugs in the stairs, no matter how much you clean your apartment theres cockroaches all the time. The super never has time to fix things. Ive been here for a year and the ceiling and pipes has never been fix! when i moved in my door was painted with some spray that said merry christmas and it took them a year and 2 months to paint the door 🫠 neighbors are loud theres always an argument either with whoever picks up the trash and a neighbor! this place is horrible, dirty, and im glad im leaving!

Cons:
It’s a loud building, cleanliness is adequate at best. I’m looking to move soon but if you can get a low rent...it’s not the worst place to live. Most neighbors are working class, but the select few really make up for the difference.
Advice to owner:
Get the garbage under control. Answer tenant calls.
