Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and trains is very good.
Cons:
Building is not well maintained. The building has major water Damage in the infrastructure and nobody fixes it. The stairs are not cleaned and they just now started doing pest control after we cursed them out about the roach infestation in the building. Roaches literally grow from outlets and come from under the walls into your apartment. I had to run out of there because it was disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Property owner needs to take better care of his tenants if he wants to continue managing properties. I can tell by the amount of infractions that they just care about the money. I am a full time teacher and paid rent for 2 years without fail and yet they still kicked me out after my lease was done while I was looking for a place to live. Do not rent here.
