    This building is horrible

    Pros:
    Nothing positive. They have neglected the building.
    Cons:
    No heat or hot water on cold days
    Pest problems
    Roaches
    Mold
    Leaky ceilings
    Advice to owner:
    Stop treating us like passive income and fix these problems.
