Good people in the building but bad Landlord.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people in the building are nice.
Cons:
Very little heat in the winter. Building falling apart and not being kept up. Packages being stolen. Super is always out front hanging out and doesn't want to work except take out the garbage. Building is dirty and they take forever with repairs.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building and the tenants. We are people not just a number.
