The worst landlords ever

Good heat sometimes
Cons:
The management company is non existent- they don’t have an office- everything is done through email. It’s extremely annoying. Your rent goes up every year by 2 much & since I moved in I’ve have seen over 10 families move out.. chestnut holdings is the name of the company don’t rent from them; I’m just waiting for my lease to be up to move out. These people are horrible; stay away!!!
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive & stop scamming good working family for profits. I really hope your business practices catches up with ya!

Management Not Attentive To Tenants Compliants

Cons:
The management company is non existent- they don’t have an office- don’t answer the phone everything is done through email. It’s extremely annoying. I have new neighbors who make excessive noise at times at night, until early morning. I’ve Been here for over 26 years and never had any problem with anyone or complaints and have to endure this torture of sleep deprivation. Your rent goes up every year by 2 much & since I moved in I’ve have seen over 10 superintendents, lots of mice and a whole lots of families move out.. chestnut holdings is the name of the company don’t rent from them; I’m just waiting for my retirement so I can move out. These people are horrible; stay away!!!
Advice to owner:
Deal with compliant accordance to your tenant history. They need to be more attentive & stop scamming good working family for profits. I really hope your business practices catches up with ya!
