There was a roof over my head, and a lot of space for the price.
There were roaches. I contacted management, and they told me it’s normal for NYC, and i️ would see a “critter” every once in a while. It was weekly that i️ saw German roaches, and nothing was done. Definitely had mice, but didn’t experience too many issues once there was a cat in the home.
