Doesn’t fix anything for renters only for owners and family members

Balcony is the only thing good.
Cons
False advertisement. The apartment was shown to me with dishwasher when I moved in the dishwasher was gone. The shower head that I fell in love with was changed a week later. The closest didn’t have pole to hang up the clothes. The floors are not wall to wall so the apartment is infested with rats, mice and water bugs.
