What I wish I knew before renting with this company

Laundry Room in building
Cons:
Neighbors are loud, constant arguing heard from other units, police are always here. Neighbors bang on ceilings constantly. Management is greedy and only cares about money. Tenants party in the summer and throw food and trash all over the entrance to building which brings an unsanitary amount of flies. Apartments were lazily made, upon moving in there were holes in the ceiling, uneven floors, plaster left all over the apartment floors, cabinets etc.
Advice to owner:
Tenants shouldn’t be charged so much for such small apartments and all of these issues that come with renting from this company.
