Cons:
Building is dirty. Apts are old and have lots of mice 🤮🤮
Advice to owner:
Take better care of this nasty infested water bug, mice and roach building. How dare you move people in this dump. Glad I left in 3 weeks of my move in. I couldn’t take it.

Nice neighbors. and easy access to public transportation.
Cons:
Horrible infestation of mice water bugs and roaches.
Advice to owner:
You need to come and have a real inspection done here. this building can’t possibly pass any type of inspection. it’s too infested on many levels.
