Terrible place to live

Pros

You have a roof over your head. Made the best of a bad place to live

Cons

Warm water never got hot. Heat in 2 out of the 5 radiators in unit mice and roaches like you wouldn't believe dirty lobby landlord would fix anything. He'll come and say I'll fix this and wouldn't see him for three months and then say I'm here to pick up the rent. Horror show place to live

Advice to the owners

Take responsibility for the property you own. Stop hiring drunks to paint and fix items, so and mop the lobby at least once a week. People need hot water. Stop being cheap.
