I would not move here.

Pros:
It’s close to Bronx terminal market, the train, and Manhattan.
Cons:
All sorts of characters have moved in, management located in the building have nasty attitudes, repairs aren’t taken care of when a request is put in, security pick and choose who they allow in, recently there was a fire so there are machines constantly going so they can dry the inside of the floors and walls, but it’s placed outside of the apartments so the noise is loud when inside the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Hire better staff in the office that isn’t nasty to residents. Have security more vigilant, people are in the elevators talking about getting high. Rando
