I love the amenities of the property also it's a quiet place to live. I also like how it changed for the better once the management listened to the issues of the tenants. I also like how management stepped up their ways. Now I never want to move, I feel secure and peaceful here.

I didn't like it when I first moved here because there were tenants that were from very disfunctional places and were just running around stealing packages and behaving like they are where they were, also men from shelters and mentally ill tenants that are non verbal, just stand out front smoking cigarettes and yelling.. That problem hasn't been taken care of because they are guaranteed the rent every month so I guess they don't want to lose the money. However it's one thing that I don't like dealing with and it seems they screened me to death but they were let right in, the men from institutions and shelters are not showing a responsible enough behavior to even have a place like this.

No matter what please do a readmittance review before renewing the difficult tenants leases.

It’s close to Bronx terminal market, the train, and Manhattan.

All sorts of characters have moved in, management located in the building have nasty attitudes, repairs aren’t taken care of when a request is put in, security pick and choose who they allow in, recently there was a fire so there are machines constantly going so they can dry the inside of the floors and walls, but it’s placed outside of the apartments so the noise is loud when inside the apartment.

Hire better staff in the office that isn’t nasty to residents. Have security more vigilant, people are in the elevators talking about getting high. Rando
