If “ehh” were a building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Most of the neighbors are friendly and the building is in a residential area, so not a lot of riff raft going on outside
Cons:
Not walker friendly
ZERO upkeep in the building
The elevators are ancient and broken every other week
Laundry room is dated and filthy
No maintenance crew (super and one guy)
Apartments are dated for the amount of rent paid
Chipped paint, because of poor paint jobs
ZERO response from management...for anything
Garage is open??? Why do we pay for PRIVATE parking
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and attentive. It’s embarrassing how run down this building is. Some people have lived here for over two decades and they claim nothing has changed. Invest in your properties and maybe you’ll increase the morale of your tenants
