Bronx River needs a heart
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is viewable, and going outside is super easy.
Cons:
lease rules are not being followed or reinforced as should, neighbors can be very loud especially with music and don’t have consideration for other tenants, landlord has no care, or worries of safety and well being for tenants, repairs don’t get taken seriously or taken care of right away, there is no emergency exit, no fire extinguisher in or out the apartment, garbage area is too small, tenants don’t have access to the back for outdoor enjoyment, but get charged extra to park their car in the back(ally). Mail boxes are not big enough and are easy access for mail and packages to be taken, or lost.
Advice to owner:
We the tenants want fairness, respect and to live in a decent place that is kept up to date and taken care of at all times not just when complaints are issued. Where there are mistakes are also lessons to be learned.
