It’s a shelter now!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance workers do the best they can under very difficult conditions. Irvin is very attentive and tries his best to address problems as they arise.
Cons:
It became a shelter without any prior notification given to the long-standing tenants. The people coming in now urinate in the hallways, use drugs and leave paraphernalia everywhere, are actively high on substances at all hours of the day, and are prone to extremely loud and raucous parties. And the elevators break down on a regular basis too. Our building used to be so beautiful and peaceful, but now it’s like a war zone.
Advice to owner:
Please take any and all steps necessary to address the issues noted above and help restore the building to its former beautiful and safe state.
