Building is horrific

Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Building is infested with roaches , super doesn’t clean hallways or respond for any fixers in the apt . Kids constantly smoking in hallways and breaking glass and front door . Trash all over the place and outside . Overcharging in rent !! Mold in hallways and inside apartment. Low water pressure or none at all . Super nor owner doesn’t care to make any changes but want rent ontime
