Worst landlord of my life!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There nothing good about living here!
Cons:
The landlord don’t provide heat in winter and shut hot water on purpose when he feels like it’s proper to do so. And when you stop paying rent for him to fix he retaliates and tries to evict you.
Advice to owner:
Fix things when needed.
