House review

Pros

Good neighborhood easy parking corner stores aren’t far away and the train and bus are nearby.

Cons

The landlords do not upkeep the property. The apartment on the first floor refrigerator doesn’t work and water constantly leaks. The stove is dysfunctional. Besides that during the winter months they hardly ever turn on the heat and when it’s on it’s extremely low. The property is extremely old from 1900s and there hasn’t been any major updates inside. The floors are old and make noises when you walk as well.

Advice to the owners

Invest money back into your property to upkeep it. Have better communication with your tenants, learn how to have a business relationship. Expecting your tenants to do garbage and recycling chores weekly without an incentive is insensitive.
