Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation. School a block away. Many restaurants and shops in the area.
Cons:
Not the best management. Its takes a long time and lots of phone calls and insistence to get something fixed.
Advice to owner:
Please clean the building at least twice per week and respond to tenant’s request on a timely manner.
