Ok building, but basically have to pull teeth to get anything fixed

Quiet building, people keep to themselves
Cons:
No heat at night only during the day and early morning. Pest control issues. And nothing gets fixed
Advice to owner:
Please respond to your land lord or tenants more efficiently, and make sure your apartments are all up to date
