Good building, esp for families
Former Tenant
Pros:
4 units in the building kept things quiet and other tenants seemed to like it that way. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, mostly due to little kids, but otherwise quiet. The landlord is responsive and dealt with pest problems quickly. Units are large as well.
Cons:
The heat wasn’t consistent, even with follow up, winters can be cold from time to time. Packages get stolen from the building.
Advice to owner:
Find a way to keep thermostat regular and install a package lock box.
