    Nice quiet place to live

    Pros:
    The management was responsive. There was rarely a problem but if there was they handled it quickly
    Cons:
    Not a good moving out process set up and neighbors could sometimes play really loud music really late at night
    Advice to owner:
    Set up a more official move out process
