No good at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super they had before that passed away in 2017
Cons:
The new super doesn't do the job correctly when it comes to fixing. The building needs to be updated The laundry room only has three washers and four dryers that need to be updated for a building of six floors and seven apartments in each floor Windows needs to be fixed Poor communication with the building manager Elevators always break The entry door key doesn't work properly They are not cleaning Molds in certain apartment
