Pros:
Nice courtyard, big apartments
Cons:
Management company is rude and unhelpful. They do not care about the tenants. Lots of bugs and problems with the plumbing.
Advice to owner:
Be better at your job. Stop trying to bully people into not coming to you about issues.

Poor management, nothing ever gets fixed, management workers are very nasty when you call for a repair update.

Hire new workers!!!!
