Pros:
- The property is conveniently located near multiple public transportation options.
- The unit is equipped with efficient heating and cooling systems.
- Parking is available on-site.
Cons:
- The apartments may look completely new and renovated, but once you move in, you'll realize it was just a facade to lure you in.
- The place was divided into multiple tiny studios with thin, cardboard walls for one or two people; you'll hear even the slightest noise from your neighbor.
- If your neighbors are noisy and disrespectful, be warned that you won't be able to sleep.
- There's no concierge or anyone looking after the building 24/7; you feel abandoned.
- Due to the previous point, most common areas like stairs, hallways, or the main entrance are always dirty unless you decide to clean them yourself.
- Management is inefficient at responding to your complaints; no matter how you try to contact them, you won't get a reply.
- With so many electronic options for paying rent, in this building, you have to go back to the Middle Ages to make your monthly payment.
- The recommendation is to take your own trash out to the main street; if you leave it in the courtyard expecting someone else to take it out, you'll only end up with rats tearing open your bags.
-According to people who lived there before the supposed renovation, the building has always had problems with water, sewage, leaks, humidity, and mold, and these issues still persist.
Advice to owner:
We advise you to pay closer attention to the building, listen to tenant complaints and requests, and carefully screen potential renters. During my time there, you only rented to misfits who didn't know how to coexist with others.
