Could be better

Pros:
The space and water pressure are decent
Cons:
The building is not clean, repairs are extremely hard to get done.

Could be a great space to live but…

Pros:
The space, closeness to the train, the people, maintenance and super are kind.
Cons:
Managment is not responsive at all, so many issues yet they do not speak to tenants about how to resolve etc. Behind on payment of gas and lights for building l. Never repairs apartments before renting again.
Advice to owner:
Show some respect to the people and community
