Petty, isn't pretty

Pros:
Garbage is well taken care of. That's about it.
Cons:
The owner is a spiteful, petty man. If you have any complaints, he will try to run you out of the building by never fixing anything, sabotaging the unit, and little things like changing the building locks and conveniently forgetting to tell you, or giving you a new key. I also caught him telling several lies about myself, and other tenants, TO the other tenants. He also takes sorting the garbage to a whole other level. He's not just separating the recyclables, he's actually gaining perspective on what you're using and throwing away. So intrusive and weird.
Advice to owner:
Just stay out of people's business. You're nosey, and a bully.
